This album is great if you like ska (great use of horns by Mad Heads) and punk with an ethnic influence. A lot of the songs sound like updated Ukrainian folk songs (some are) or even Ukrainian drinking songs - very fun. I can't pick a favorite, though I like the drunken yet dynamic feel of Car Das (the rhythm picks up), and I think Ja na Mori ("I'm at the sea") has a great melody and playful arrangement. Halu, Prychod is a VV classic. If you're interested in this genre, the band Mad Heads is a good bet and has a few albums out (the band describes its style as psychobilly), while Mandry and VV are more diverse (and both have been around for a LONG time - great albums and lots of hits ... for VV, check out Tanci and Kolyskova - the animation in the video for the latter is AMAZING). Can't speak much for the other bands, though I'm going to look into them now that I've heard them here!
